There are no SHORTCUTS to maturity. It takes years for us to grow to adulthood..just the same...it TAKES TIME for me 2 4give my past my history my pain my hurts my sin my burden..there is no way i can heal my wounds within a year or 2..but the strength of the Lord will help me through.."WHILE WE WORRY ABOUT HOW FAR WE GROW, GOD IS CONCERNED ABOUT HOW STRONG WE GROW!" GOD has promised tht: "he who began a good work in u will carry it on to completion." i think i've learn a lot through my bitter past...i may think tht no one UNDERSTD me, but GOD proves me wrong..it may seems like no 1 but GOD is always there 2 hold me up..HUA JIE wrote in his personal msg in msn "..........I wanna hold u high and steal ur pain" seem so ROMANTIC..awh i knw..but when i saw tht it reminds me of GOD the oly one who can hold me up high n steal my pain away frm me..tears kept flowing down..if its not 4 GOD i dn think i can std firm..last year i went 2 GT PJ 4 rally, the special speaker who can prophesy..she told me : ".........FORGIVE URSELF" God knws EXACTLY what i been through. HE was always there when i cry when i live in darkness..i'm glad tht i've been tru the pain..NEVER REGRET..i told God i'm willing to go tru hardship (it might not be easy) BUT I'M WILLING..because i learn a lot..i'm a strong person inside i gain bac my confidence..there r many young ppl who dunno who to turn to.."U HAVE A CHOICE, OPEN UR HEART TO JESUS N HE'LL SAVE U" I always dream 4 a HERO 2 save me n it came true..the hero is MY GOD!
Y IT TAKES SO LONG?
because.....
- WE r slow learners;
- WE have a lot to unlearn;
- WE are afraid to humbly face the truth about ourselves;
- Growth is often painful and scary;
- Habits take time to develop;
i DUN need a man to make my life seem perfect, all i NEED is JESUS CHRIST in my life..the greatest gift n honour is to be CHILD OF GOD!
